Construction
A pool is planned well before the ground is broken: location, dimensions, access for machinery, connections. Send photos of the plot and an idea of the dimensions you want for a first conversation.
The permits needed depend on the town council: it is best to check with the town hall early in the project.
Renovation
Peeling mosaic, blackened grout, cracked coping, a shell losing water: renovation brings the pool back into shape without necessarily redoing everything. Describe what you see and Mika will tell you what can be put right.

Maintenance
Clear water needs regular cleaning and checks, especially in summer and when starting the pool up again in spring.
Maintenance is also useful for a second home: the pool stays clean between stays.
